February Collection
For the month of February, we are delighted to feature a diverse selection of artists from different parts of the world.
Continuing with our focus on turn-of-the-century works, this month we expand our reach beyond New England, offering a broader and richly varied perspective while maintaining the timeless quality that defines our collection. In addition, it is always a thrill to feature a local artist. This month, Melanie Anderson offers her wonderful abstract style.
As always, if you are searching for something special, would like to experience a painting up close, or wish to see how a piece might look in your own space, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am always happy to connect.
Please enjoy the February Collection and share with friends!
With gratitude,
Sharon Linder

Featured Local Artist
Melanie Anderson is an abstract painter based in Little Compton, Rhode Island. Her creative path has moved fluidly through graphic design, photography, textile design, interior design, and professional cooking — each discipline informing her approach to painting. While her practice has taken many forms, painting remains her central focus.
Drawing inspiration from the coastal landscapes and natural surroundings of Little Compton, Melanie’s work emerges through an intuitive, evolving process. Each painting reflects a unique moment shaped by experimentation and change. She is deeply engaged with color, texture, shape, and the building of layered surfaces, using these elements to convey the emotional and energetic experiences that arise during creation.
